Digital Dining has been a wonderful tool for our business. We started using digital dining in our new restaurant about two years ago. Rob Romsa our rep spent countless hours setting up our system then teaching us how to use it. Since then, we have expanded our menu ,staff, and sales all using Digital Dinning. It is an excellent system as well as their customer service. Anytime I have any problem I can’t solve Rob is a phone call away with a magic wand fixing or walking me through any problem that has come up. I would definitely recommend Digital Dining to other Restaurant and Bar owners. We also have added a handheld pos system through Digital Dining that gives the servers the screen in the palm of their hand. It is an excellent tool for our fast paced Bar and Grill.
